CBRmade markets Ts & Cs

Before applying for a stall at a CBRmade market, you must read and agree to adhere to the terms and conditions set out below.
If you have any questions, please ask them BEFORE applying.

Markets Stall requirements Behaviours
  • I understand that the allocation and location of my stall is at the discretion of CBRmade.
  • I understand that all decisions and directions made by CBRmade are final.
  • I understand that I must pay all stall fees by the due dates or my attendance will be cancelled.
  • I understand that, once paid, my stall fees are non-refundable unless a suitable replacement stall can be arranged by CBRmade management.
  • I understand that bump-in/bump-out times must be strictly observed unless otherwise directed by CBRmade.
  • I understand that I must be set up by the designated time and that I am not permitted to commence packing up until the designated time. This is not negotiable.
  • I understand I will be required to attend a mandatory orientation session to go over emergency and safety process on the morning of the market.
  • I understand I will be required to attend a feedback session straight after the market closes (colloquially known among the CBRmade community as a spirit circle).
  • I understand that stallholders make a market successful and I will do my best to promote the market and interact with other stallholders’ social media content in the lead-up to the event.
  • I commit to sharing content from the official CBRmade social media channels to promote the market as encouraged by CBRmade, or by word-of-mouth outside social media.
  • I understand that I must adhere to instructions for parking on the day of the event.
  • I understand that any breach of CBRmade’s terms and conditions will see my stall allocation cancelled and/or a ban from future markets.
  • I understand my stall MUST have a rear wall or divider to ensure clean and tidy stall spaces.
  • I understand side walls are encouraged but not mandatory.
  • I understand that it is my responsibility to supply any requirements I have for my market stall, such as marquees, walls, tables, chairs or change rooms.
  • I understand that I must confine my stall to my allocated stall space. I will not use an adjoining stall’s space to enter or exit my stall.
  • I understand I must keep all aisles around my stall clear at all times.
  • I understand that sharing or swapping stalls is not permitted unless otherwise agreed by CBRmade.
  • I understand that all products I intend to sell must be handmade or designed by me.
  • I understand that if I am successful, I am only approved to sell the items described in my application. If I wish to introduce any additional products, I must seek approval from CBRmade prior to the market.
  • I understand that I must have appropriate insurance and licences for the type of product I sell. I may be asked to produce certificates or licences at any time.
  • I understand that I will be responsible for the removal of any rubbish I create on the day of the market.
  • I understand that CBRmade markets are family-friendly and that any product I sell featuring swearing/suggestive content that can be seen from a short distance must be censored.
  • I understand that CBRmade markets are a friendly and inclusive place and I will contribute to keeping them that way.
  • I understand that I must strive to be a kind, courteous and thoughtful community member at all times.
  • I understand that any form of bullying or harassment will not be tolerated.
  • I understand that I need to raise any complaint I have about another stallholder with the CBRmade management team in the first instance.
  • I understand that if I MUST bring my children to the market that they must remain within my stall space at all times unless accompanied by an adult, and must not be disruptive to other stallholders or customers.
  • I understand that any damage I (or my staff, child, partner or anyone else associated with my stall) cause to the venue or another stallholder’s products or property must be paid for in full.
